It has been such a exciting year for me! Not only did I start my blog but (with a huge push by my friends and family) I went public with it in February! I also participated in the Foodbuzz Project Food Blog… and although I didn’t win the thing I did make it into the top 200 out of 2,000 bloggers and that was a win in itself! I also was one of seven top featured health and nutrition blogs and named “Top Made-From-Scratcher” by healthcastle.com and along with me in the top seven was Georgia Pellegrini and Jaden Hair of Steamy Kitchen!! And to top it all off I was the featured member on The Pioneer Woman’s TastyKitchen.com for the last week in 2010! I never would have imagined all the wonderful opportunities that came my way this past year and can only wonder what this year to come will bring! It’s all so very exciting!
To celebrate the past year I hand picked some of my favorite recipes… just in case you forgot them!
Here is to another wonderful year! Who knows what’s in store for 2011!?!
Cheers!
