Hot Honey Goat Cheese Dip

Need a last minute appetizer? I’ve got you.

I love this hot honey baked goat cheese because is so easy and quick to prepare. Goat cheese is topped with fig jam, regular or hot honey and baked until bubbly. Then top with chopped pistachios, dried cranberries and rosemary.

This recipe was inspired by a dear friend who once gifted me a bottle of wine, goat cheese log rolled in cranberries and cinnamon (similar to the one in this goat cheese trio) and crackers – it’s is one of my favorite simple appetizers to serve or have on hand when watching a movie at home. However this holiday season, this baked dip adds a little something special.
