Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise I use light mayo
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup I use sugar free
  • tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 pinch (small) kosher salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, measure and add mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar and a small pinch of kosher salt and some freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
  • Stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
