10poundhardwood smoked bone-in, spiral-cut ham
1¾cup100% pomegranate juice
1cupbourbon
1/2cupdark brown sugar
1/3cupdijon mustard
1teaspoongrated garlic
1teaspoonpaprika

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325℉ (160℃) and place the ham (flat side down) in a roasting pan.
Pour 3/4 pomegrate juice and 1/4 cup bourbon over top. Cover the ham with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the glaze by adding the brown sugar, dijon, grated garlic, paprika and the remaining 1 cup pomegratae juice. Whisk to combine and heat over medium to meidum-low, simmering until reduced by half.
Remove the glaze off of the heat and pour in the last 3/4 cup of bourbon.
Once the ham has baked, remove the foil and pour the glaze over top.
Bake uncovered, glazing twice every 15 minutes or until the ham is heated through and glaze is sticky.
Spoon the glaze over the ham once more before serving with extra glaze (from the roasting pan) on the side.
Notes
For spiral sliced hams, use a thin-bladed knife to cut around the bone.
