A quick how to on making Whole Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Easy and my go-to method for perfectly cooked sweet potatoes. Serves 4 but can easily be doubled or cut in half.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉ (or 190℃) and scrub sweet potatoes. Pat dry and place on a rimmed, metal baking sheet.
Spray or toss potatoes with olive oil and massage it into the skin.
Once your oven is preheated, bake the sweet potatoes on the middle rack for 50 minutes or up to 1 hour and 15. This will depend on the size of your sweet potatoes.
Potatoes are done when a fork or knife pierces effortlessly.
